Heard from the cube

Upon encountering a problem with the product or service, customers will scream, threaten or even insult you. But the bottom line is, they just want to solve a problem.

---

This statement made me think that even if someone in front of me wants to cut off my head because of a perceived problem, though their veins are all popping in extreme stress, I do not have to be scared or anxious. All I need to do is help them solve the perceived problem or at least promise to find a way to solve it. Don't take it personally. It's all just in a day's work.
